Out North West Magazine
In 2005 OutNorthWest Magazine asked me to produce some covers to freshen their image. There was an instant spike in circulation as I designed nine colourful, attention-grabbing covers featuring Armistead Maupin, Ellen DeGeneres, Anthony Cotton, John Barrowman and Julian Clary.

There was a strict ‘no guns on the cover’ policy at ONW magazine. I had to push hard to get Mr Barrowman’s photon blaster upfront.
Logo bravery: mastheads are made to be messed with. This cover received complaints for being too ‘feminine’.
